Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager

Piper Maddox is partnering closely with one of our key clients, a market leading onshore wind developer, to support the expansion of their procurement function, based in Berlin.


Your Role:

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for turbine suppliers and the go-to expert on contracts within the business.

In this role, you’ll provide vital support to teams across the company, including investment, development, and asset management.

At the same time, you’ll have backing from technical, legal, and commercial teams—enabling you to focus on the core of your role: managing supplier relationships, negotiating high value contracts, and having a deep understanding of the contracts you’re responsible for.


Your Profile

5+ Years Experience as procurement/key account manager inside wind energy developer/IPP

Wind turbine & BOP procurement experience

Track record in supplier relationship management in the German market

Strong understanding of procurement contracts

Native level of German, strong level of English is desired

Senior Program Manager

About the Role This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth advanced nuclear company and take ownership of some of the most complex engineering and capital projects in the business. The role is ideal for a hands-on project leader who enjoys building structure within ambiguity, personally managing schedules and project controls, and driving alignment across highly technical teams. While nuclear experience is beneficial, the company is primarily seeking someone with a proven track record delivering large, interface-heavy engineering projects where success depended on coordinating multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and contractors. This individual will play a critical role in shaping project execution today while helping build the future project management organization as the company scales. *This will initially be a remote role but an in-office presence in Boston will eventually be expected.* Day to day: Own execution of complex engineering and development programs, building and maintaining detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project while managing ~14 interconnected workstreams.
