Over this time they have invested billions to the market and currently own and operate the largest portfolio in the market. They have also invested significantly into their team over this period, with this now standing at over 700 members.

The company has a unique structure, with multiple revenue streams. Not only are they a full-fledged Independent Power Producer, they are also a utilities provider, working  across all of Ireland.  This is also across various onshore renewables, including solar, wind and BESS projects.

As this role is within the grid and electrical team your role will be technical but also have large amounts of project management, seeing conenctions through from cradle to grave.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and delivering new grid connections across solar, BESS and onshore wind.
  • Technical evaluations of early stage development projects for these technologies.
  • Supporting across the cradle to grave processes, from early tenders through evaluations and through delivery contract negotiations.
  • Site meetings monthly to ensure electrical works are maintained to a high standard.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders including DNOS and TOs for connection agreements.
