Candidate Profile Previous experience within German electricity market operations, energy suppliers, utilities, Stadtwerke or an energy-focused technology business.Strong understanding of German market communication processes and regulatory requirements.Experience working with processes such as GPKE, MaBiS, UTILMD, MSCONS, APERAK or similar energy market standards.Familiarity with supplier switching, meter data management and communication between market participants.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex operational issues.Comfortable working independently and taking ownership within a fast-paced environment.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.Fluent German and strong English communication skills are essential.Experience within a start-up, scale-up or rapidly changing environment would be advantageous.
