Piper Maddox have recently partnered with a national turnkey energy solutions provider, working across all areas of the Renewables landscape (MicroGrids, BESS, EV charging and Solar).

Backed by one of the largest facility services organizations in North America, the business is well-capitalized and positioned at the forefront of the clean energy transition.

Together, we are searching for a Director of Sales to join the team.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the continued growth of the sales strategy with the goal of increasing revenue and margin targets for the Energy Storage product line (BESS).
  • Partner extensively with Developers, IPP’s and Utilities to drive market growth.
  • Collaborate with existing customers to ensure all of their energy needs are being serviced.

The ideal candidate will have a background similar to the below:

  • Ideal background is Front of the Meter experience.
  • Emphasis on Standalone Storage & MicroGrids.
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts (25-30) per year, ability to manage these accounts at various stages of the lifecycle.
  • Ideal candidate will have a “black book” of clients they could lean on immediately.
