Responsibilities: Provide analytical, strategic, and process support throughout the project development lifecycle (e.g. including land, interconnection, engineering, permitting, power marketing, construction & financing)Assist with advancing development of assigned projects to construction-ready statusSupport scoping and implementation of due diligence, permitting, engineering, legal, and other activitiesMaintenance of project data, databases, and tracking tools for assigned projectsSupport transactional activities by maintaining data rooms and other activities as necessaryPrepare documents, applications, meeting agendas/minutes, and reportsSuccessfully interact and collaborate with a variety of internal and external project partnersOther duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in development ideally in structured land development, energy, (prior experience in renewable energy is a plus), engineering, and/or, real estateExpertise with various facets of land project development process to ensure successful project outcomesFamiliarity with ArcGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD, and other geospatial and/or drafting tools used for due diligence and project execution processesFamiliarity with surveying and utility new service connection processes including but not limited electricity, water/sewer, and, telecommunication utilitiesResourceful and accomplished research skills to effectively utilize publicly available materials, tools, and, technology to derisk and expedite projectsAbility to succinctly communicate and summarize complex issues into actionable deliverables, and ensure timely completion of action items from internal and external partiesDriven, resourceful, and, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environmentRigorous attention to detail, work ethic, personal responsibility, work product ownership, and, organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning, project management or a related field; Master’s preferred
