Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical, strategic, and process support throughout the project development lifecycle (e.g. including land, interconnection, engineering, permitting, power marketing, construction & financing)
  • Assist with advancing development of assigned projects to construction-ready status
  • Support scoping and implementation of due diligence, permitting, engineering, legal, and other activities
  • Maintenance of project data, databases, and tracking tools for assigned projects
  • Support transactional activities by maintaining data rooms and other activities as necessary
  • Prepare documents, applications, meeting agendas/minutes, and reports
  • Successfully interact and collaborate with a variety of internal and external project partners
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in development ideally in structured land development, energy, (prior experience in renewable energy is a plus), engineering, and/or, real estate
  • Expertise with various facets of land project development process to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD, and other geospatial and/or drafting tools used for due diligence and project execution processes
  • Familiarity with surveying and utility new service connection processes including but not limited electricity, water/sewer, and, telecommunication utilities
  • Resourceful and accomplished research skills to effectively utilize publicly available materials, tools, and, technology to derisk and expedite projects
  • Ability to succinctly communicate and summarize complex issues into actionable deliverables, and ensure timely completion of action items from internal and external parties
  • Driven, resourceful, and, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Rigorous attention to detail, work ethic, personal responsibility, work product ownership, and, organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning, project management or a related field; Master’s preferred
