Development Manager & M&A

Retribuzione: €45.000 – €55.000 + % bonus

Un’azienda italiana in forte crescita, con una pipeline di circa 1 GW in fotovoltaico, eolico e BESS su circa 50 progetti in diverse fasi di sviluppo, è alla ricerca di un Development Manager  con un assistenza sul M&A.

La società sta evolvendo verso un modello ibrido IPP, con una forte attenzione sia allo sviluppo interno dei progetti sia alle operazioni di acquisizione e crescita per linee esterne. Il contesto è dinamico, collaborativo e caratterizzato da trasparenza, autonomia e concrete opportunità di crescita professionale.

Ruolo

La figura avrà una mentalita commerciale e responsabilità ibrida:

  • 50% dedicato allo sviluppo del ciclo di vita dei progetti (Greenfield → RTB)
  • 50% focalizzato su supporto tecnico al team M&A e origination di nuovi progetti già connessi o in fase avanzata di vendita

Project Development (50%)

  • Gestione di un portfolio di progetti rinnovabili dal Greenfield al Ready to Build.
  • Coordinamento con progettisti locali, team di sviluppo interni e consulenti tecnici esterni.
  • Supervisione della documentazione di progetto, reporting e contrattualistica fondiaria.
  • Gestione dei rapporti e delle procedure con ENEL, TERNA e altri enti competenti.
  • Supporto ai processi autorizzativi (AU, PAS, VIA) su media e alta tensione.

Business Development & M&A (50%)

  • Supporto tecnico al team M&A nelle attività di due diligence tecnica, autorizzativa e territoriale.
  • Analisi di progetti in acquisizione (PV, Wind, BESS), inclusi progetti già connessi o in fase avanzata di sviluppo.
  • Valutazione preliminare di fattibilità tecnica, vincolistica e autorizzativa dei progetti target.
  • Collaborazione nella strutturazione delle operazioni di acquisizione e nella fase di integrazione dei progetti in pipeline.

Requisiti

  • 3–5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di progetti rinnovabili in Italia (PV, Wind o BESS).
  • Esperienza nell’analisi tecnica di progetti e siti (QGIS, AutoCAD).
  • Capacità di valutare progetti in ottica buy-side (due diligence, rischi, maturità).
  • Familiarità con vincoli territoriali, piani urbanistici e strumenti di pianificazione.

Senior Surveyor - Energy & Utilities

Our client was founded over 100 years ago and have built up an excellent reputation and track record for providing specialist land & property services to their client base. Skipping forward to 2026, their Energy & Utilities team is currently their largest function and is a hugely exciting growth area for the business going forward. This company work across a wide variety of technologies and infrastructures including renewable energy, grid infrastructure, land diversification, and utilities. They are looking to add a Senior Surveyor, and the ideal level of experience here would be someone who is 1-2 years post APC qualification. In terms of industry body, it would be great to speak with candidates with MRICS or CAAV accreditations.
