Piper Maddox have recently partnered with a market leading EV Charging business, backed by some of the biggest names in the Automotive space.

Together, we are searching for Director of Quality Control to join the Charging team.

This client, who are a leading player in the EV Charging infrastructure world, financially backed by plethora of house-hold Automotive names are growing from strength to strength. Acquiring close to 60 new customers per month with more than 40,000 chargers deployed across the US.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire Quality function, covering both Hardware and Software. 
  • Will be tasked with implementing & upholding company wide quality standards. 
  • Responsible for 1 direct report with scope to add another quickly. 
  • Oversee all current and future product iterations including testing. 

To be successful in this position, we believe that you will have a background similar to the below:

  • Background across Quality control, covering both hardware and software with a preference towards hardware heavy candidates. 
  • Proven track record of implementing and upholding the highest standard of quality control. 
  • Tenured career, minimum of 7-8 years.
  • Does not need an E-mobility background, whilst helpful, the product needs to be hardware and software focused, specifically for B2C products. 
  • Six Sigma experience. 
  • Engineering degree is strongly preferred.

Piper Maddox have recently partnered with a privately held EV infrastructure company focused on deploying turnkey Level 2 and DC fast charging solutions for a variety of industries across the U.S. The business positions itself as a full-service operator combining installation, financing/revenue-share models, software, and ongoing support to accelerate commercial EV charger adoption.Together, we are searching for a number of Sales Representatives to join their Commercial Site Host & Commercial Fleet teams.In this role, you will be responsible for tasks including: Identify, develop, and close partnerships with commercial site hosts—primarily grocery stores and gas stations—for EV charger installations OR Identify, develop, and close partnerships with Fleet owners/ operators - for EV charger installations.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and site evaluation to contract negotiation and deal closure.Collaborate with internal installation and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality site delivery.Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM documentation.
