Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung des gesamten Entwicklungszyklus von PV-Projekten in Deutschland

  • Management und Mentoring des Entwicklungsteams und Förderung einer leistungsorientierten Kultur

  • Steuerung der Projektpipeline-Strategie, einschließlich Standortakquise, Genehmigungen, Netzanbindungen und Stakeholder-Management

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um Projekte termingerecht und zielorientiert umzusetzen

Was wir suchen:

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Projektentwicklung im Bereich erneuerbare Energien (Wind / PV / BESS)
Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ein wachsendes Team zu motivieren und zu inspirieren
Standort Hamburg oder im Umfeld mit angemessener Pendelzeit (Bereitschaft, 1–2 Mal pro Woche eines der drei Nordbüros zu besuchen)
Muttersprache Deutsch mit exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Starkes strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, technische, kommerzielle und regulatorische Aspekte auszubalancieren

As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a Project Development Manager to join their Lisbon-based team.The RoleYou will play a key role in delivering renewable energy projects through the full development lifecycle up to Ready-to-Build (RTB). This is a high-visibility opportunity for a motivated commercial professional looking to build deep experience across the full energy storage value chain while helping drive new customer growth and market penetration.The successful candidate will:- Play a crucial role in identifying and engaging prospective customers across developers, EPCs, utilities, integrators, and strategic partners.- Working at the front end of the sales process, this position will manage early-stage discussions, qualify opportunities, assess commercial potential, and coordinate seamless handover to senior account management teams.- This person will be acting as the central point of coordination across commercial, engineering, product, supply chain, and regulatory functions to help advance new opportunities.- You will also be tasked with typical Sales responsibilities including CRM management, onboarding new accounts, managing NDAs, preparing business opportunity summaries, and supporting diligence processes for prospective customers.The ideal candidate will have a background similar to the below:- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Business Development position, specifically within BESS/ Energy Storage Sales.- Experience with supporting wider Sales teams with early account development.- Proven track record of generating $5M + per year.- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and the ability to work across multiple internal stakeholders will be highly valued.This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious, commercially minded, and technically curious who wants to grow into future leadership within one of the most exciting sectors in clean energy.
