About the Role

We are partnered up with a fast-growing European leader in EV infrastructure and operation; whose mission is to make charging in residential and office buildings easier than refuelling conventional vehicles. They are looking for a Sales Manager to engage target customers in the real estate industry and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships. Working closely with the real estate and property sector, you will play a key role in helping shape their commercial presence in Germany.

 

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Building relationships from scratch in a growing EV charging market
  • Opening new accounts across real estate and property
  • Leading conversations around charging rollout, infrastructure strategy, and long-term electrification needs
  • Creating opportunities where competitors haven’t gained traction

What We Are Looking For

  • Background or education in real estate management with professional experience in the real estate industry
  • An interest in EV charging and sustainable energy
  • Fluent German and confidence in English business communication
  • Experience in cold calling or phone-based sales is beneficial

Our client are a fully fledged IPP with a strong track record in taking projects through development, delivery, construction, and into operation. They have a diverse portfolio of large scale renewable energy assets covering technologies such as Onshore Wind, Solar, and BESS projects. They have a very strong and significant pipeline of projects in various stages of development, hence this hire which will be crucial in overseeing the progress of these projects from development into delivery processes. This company is looking to bring on a candidate with between 6-10 years of experience in the field. In this role you will be responsible for: > Overseeing key development milestones alongside internal and external contacts. Matters including finalizing the land transaction, securing grid connection, and planning consents. > Later-stage development matters once a project reaches planning consent.
