Piper Maddox are partnering with an industry leader in the global renewable energy sector with a key addition to their operations in the Irish renewable energy market. Our client have been a mainstay in the sector for many years now and have a demonstrable track record across multiple international territories.

 

In terms of structure, this company are a fully fledged independent power producer (IPP) who take projects from inception, through development, into delivery, and eventual operation. Technology-wise you would be working on a range of Solar, BESS, and Onshore Wind projects - all at a utility scale.

 

In Ireland specifically, this company have developed an excellent portfolio of projects at various stages of the development lifecycle. With this strength of pipeline, they are currently looking at adding experience to their project development function in the form of a Senior Project Developer hire.

 

In this role, you would be responsible for:

 

> Land transaction management including landowner engagement, land access rights, as well as rural & agricultural stakeholder management.

 

> Management of the planning & consents process including managing applications and submission, public consultation events, and coordinating external planning consultants.

 

> Tying together key project milestones in land, grid, planning, as well as commercial budget and timeline matters - progressing projects through to the RTB stage.

 

> Ensuring the smooth handover to the delivery/construction phase including fulfilling obligations within the land lease agreement, as well as the discharge of planning conditions.

 

This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional in the Irish renewable energy sector who has demonstrable experience in project development from end to end.

With an established global presence and partnerships spanning more than 60 countries, they provide expert advisory and asset management services across a diverse portfolio of renewable projects. Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of solar assets, they are looking to appoint a Junior Asset Manager to join their London-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-stage renewable energy experience who is looking to develop their career within a well-respected, international consultancy environment. The Role Working closely with senior asset managers and technical specialists, you will support the management of a portfolio of operational solar PV assets. The role will involve a mix of technical oversight, financial monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to ensure assets are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with performance expectations.
