The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead commercial growth and strategic partnerships across the company’s expanding portfolio of environmental services. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping sales strategy, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in both established and emerging markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives across multiple business units.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target markets, including industrial, manufacturing, and energy sector clients.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including long-term contracts and strategic offtake agreements.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform business development efforts.

 

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within environmental services, waste management, energy, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and developing enterprise-level client relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
