Nala Renewables are looking for a Procurement Manager to come and join the team. This will be the first hire within the procurement department and will be reporting directly into the Head of Procurement. This opportunity is based out of the headquarters in London.

This role will be ensuring that projects meet financial requirements, technical specifications, and project timelines. The Procurement Manager will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to secure the correct supplies for renewable energy projects to maintain compliance, reliability, and profitability. This role provides an opportunity to grow the expertise of the EPC function in multiple jurisdictions to support Nala Renewables' ambition as a global IPP.

I am looking for candidates with:

· 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics in the renewable energy industry (ideally solar and BESS, wind would also be advantageous)
· Proven track record of reducing costs and supply time for large-scale renewable energy projects (solar, Onshore Wind, BESS or hybrid).
· Excellent project management and organisational skills
· Strong negotiation and communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
· Management of project documentation, including reports, protocols, and technical specifications
