This will be the first hire within the procurement department and will be reporting directly into the Head of Procurement. This opportunity is based out of the headquarters in London.This role will be ensuring that projects meet financial requirements, technical specifications, and project timelines. The Procurement Manager will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to secure the correct supplies for renewable energy projects to maintain compliance, reliability, and profitability. You'll be joining an existing and successful team, working on varied and interesting projects across the country throughout the entire project lifecycle. The team has various techncial and development teams internally, working across onshore wind, solar and BESS. The team stands as 6 engineers, with this role having 2 direct reports from day one. This is a varied role for the team, looking after full project lifecycle work as well as all technologies. Your role will be at the heart of the engineering team, providing insight on several industry leading projects.
