Je recherche un chargé d'exploitation pour intégrer une entreprise spécialisée en mobilité électrique.

L'entreprise conçoit, installe et exploite un réseau de bornes de recharge DC pour véhicules électriques. Elle s'appuie sur une infrastructure innovante et des outils de supervision pour garantir une expérience utilisateur optimale, tout en s'engageant à promouvoir une mobilité durable.

Le poste est situé en périphérie Bordelaise.

Missions principales



1. Gestion technique des bornes de recharge

Superviser et opérer les bornes via des outils dédiés.
Garantir un taux de disponibilité optimal des équipements.
Réaliser des diagnostics à distance et assurer une maintenance de niveau 2.
Planifier les interventions terrain avec des équipes internes ou des partenaires externes.
Collaborer avec les fabricants et éditeurs de logiciels pour résoudre les problématiques techniques.
Configurer les équipements de recharge et assister les techniciens lors des mises en service.


2. Support technique

Superviser et traiter les demandes via un outil de ticketing.
Assister l'équipe commerciale pour répondre aux demandes spécifiques des clients.
Coordonner les maintenances préventives et produire des indicateurs de performance.


3. Support au coordinateur technique

Commander les équipements nécessaires.
Gérer l'approvisionnement et les plannings des chantiers.


4. Organisation interne et gestion des prestataires

Participer aux réunions de lancement et valider les aspects techniques des projets.
Documenter les tâches et générer des indicateurs de performance.
Identifier et gérer les prestataires externes pour l'exploitation des équipements.




Profil recherché



Compétences techniques

Bonne maîtrise des normes et des protocoles de communication, idéalement pour la recharge électrique (OCPP, etc.).
Connaissances en réseaux électriques et de communication.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment des tableurs (Excel, Google Sheets).
Notions de programmation et compréhension des systèmes embarqués (un plus).


Qualités personnelles

Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
Sens du service client et pédagogie.
Organisation, réactivité et résistance au stress.


Conditions de travail

Poste rattaché à la direction technique.
Collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
Déplacements ponctuels à prévoir.
