We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal Chemical Process Engineer to join this exciting and fast-paced start-up. If you have a passion for tackling the biggest environmental challenges of our time and want to be at the forefront of sustainable innovation, this is the team for you!



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
⚡ Set up new processes and scale-up production technology to pilot factory.
⚡ Design & optimise next-generation reactors.
⚡ Project Management: identify, analyse and eliminate losses and inefficiencies.


Your background:
✔ Minimum 3+ years of industrial experience working at a Chemical Manufacturing company.
✔ Experience Molten Salt processes or solid/liquid acid leeching/cleaning processes in Aqueous Media.
✔ Expertise in piloting & manufacturing process development & improvement.
✔ Proficiency in electrochemical, galvanisation, smelting, or high-temperature processing disciplines.
✔ Bachelor's, MSc, PhD or advanced technical degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Chemistry or similar field.


This role offers creative freedom with high exposure across the business. You will become an integral part of the company as it scales up and have the chance progress into a Scale-Up Manager role.
