💼 M&A and Deal Execution

Be a key player in acquiring assets and business units through competitive M&A processes.
Lead due diligence with top-tier advisors, diving deep into deal specifics.
Create impactful materials for their management, investment committee, and board of directors.
Scout and develop new acquisition opportunities.

💡 Financing Excellence

Analyze and optimize debt financing options for our business units.
Provide compelling reports and insights for debt financing providers.

📊 Financial Modelling and Analysis

Design and manage sophisticated financial models to inform critical decisions.
Perform optimization and sensitivity analyses to unlock portfolio potential.
Use advanced techniques to deliver strategic insights.

⚙️ Business Unit Support

Partner with their teams to empower operational and investment decisions.
Lead add-on acquisitions and spearhead investment initiatives.

👩‍💼 Who You Are:

Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields (Master's or certifications like CFA are a plus).
At least 1 year of experience in financial roles within Renewables, Utilities, Consulting, or Investment Banking, with good knowledge for financial modelling and valuation.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Bonus if you know data analysis tools!
A passion for renewable energy and a drive to fuel the energy transition.
Stellar analytical and communication skills, fluent in German (native) and English (proficient).
Independent yet collaborative, thriving in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
Based in or ready to relocate to vibrant Berlin, Germany.
