Operations Engineering Lead | Dallas, TX | $130,000 - $155,000 The Story:Come join a rapidly expanding company in there new venture! A company who is one of the largest independent solar and battery storage owner-operators in the US. With deep rooted partnerships, they are continuing to grow and build there team and they are looking for a skilled Operations Engineering Lead. The Role:Oversee the design, retrofitting, and implementation of energy projects, ensuring effective coordination both on-site and off-site.Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including operations, maintenance, and asset management.Manage engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance during onboarding and operations.Create guidelines for routine maintenance and troubleshooting of photovoltaic and storage systems.Analyze equipment performance, conduct root cause investigations for failures, and recommend design improvements.Develop training programs for operations staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all activities. Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years in Solar Engineering, with a strong grasp of solar project technical characteristics. Experience in Storage Engineering is a plus.
