This is a unique opportunity to move into the investor side of the renewable energy market, providing strategic oversight across a portfolio of operational and construction-stage wind projects rather than managing day-to-day project execution.

  • Strong background in wind project construction, delivery or portfolio management.
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects or large-scale asset portfolios.

  • Knowledge of EPC, construction and project-related contracts.
  • Comfortable operating at senior management and executive level.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent German and English.

Desirable Experience

  • Asset management experience within renewable energy.
  • Experience working for investors, IPPs, utilities, developers or owner's engineering consultancies.
  • Exposure to wind repowering projects.
  • Experience managing external delivery partners and contractors.

What's on Offer?

  • Opportunity to join a growing renewable energy investment platform backed by a leading institutional investor.
  • Strategic role with significant influence and visibility.
  • Oversight of a substantial German wind portfolio.
  • Exposure to both operational and construction-stage assets.
  • Opportunity to contribute to future renewable energy investments and acquisitions.
  • Strong long-term career potential as the platform expands across Germany and Europe.
