Piper Maddox have recently partnered with a market leading EV Infrastructure business, building one of the most exciting & customer focused products available.

Together, we are searching for Senior Manager to join and lead the Engineering & Design function.

This organization are developing a cross country network of large scale EV Charging Stations. Initially the focus is across the Western region with realistic timelines of expanding US wide. They have a number of core selling points that put their product miles above the rest of the industry, this has been proven by their backing, portfolio of sites and pipeline.

As the leader of the Engineering & Design groups, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, implementing and maintaining the highest Engineering standards, Quality assurance procedures & Basis of Design.
  • Primary point of contact for all internal & external Engineers of Record, ensuring a timely completion of each project.
  • Develop Site plans through CAD, assisting with the wider teams tasks.
  • Communicate with AHj’s, Entitlement groups & Utilities.
  • Much more.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you will have a background similar to the below:

  • A strong background working as a Civil Engineer, ideally 5+ years in industry.
  • A strong technical engineer, managerial skillset is secondary to the Engineering work.
  • Ideally, you will have a multi-discipline background including Structural, Electrical & Civil.
