Piper Maddox are working exclusively with an international IPP, with reach across 20 countries, and are looking to grow out their delivery team within the ICP arm of the business.

Based: Liverpool (in office 3 days a week, and occasional site visits)
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + car allowance

They are looking at bringing in an experienced project manager who has extensive utility scale renewable experience across multiple technologies and a strong understanding of grid connections and liaising with DNO's and all relevant stakeholders.

Candidates must have:

- Experience managing end-to-end ICP construction projects for grid-connected energy assets
- Knowledge of DNO grid connection processes, including G99 commissioning and contestable works
- Strong understanding of HV/LV electrical construction and civils
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Having been a presence in the energy sector for over 40 years, this company has been a mainstay in pioneering renewable energy technology as one of the most experienced names in the industry. Our client has a presence in three continents and specialize in taking projects from inception, through development, into delivery/construction, and operating the completed asset. You can rest assured that you will see your projects come to fruition as they remain in-house throughout the project lifecycle. Working within an IPP will allow you to contribute to a wide range of project matters across development staying close to the project through it's full lifecycle. In this role, they are looking to hire a Senior Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding their presence in Ireland. You would be responsible for the full development lifecycle from project origination, planning and consents, and overall development management to the RTB stage. This would be for a range of technologies including Solar, BESS, Wind, as well as Grid Stability projects. With a headcount in the multiple-thousands, and hugely stable funding partners, this company is on a strong upward trajectory and are showing no signs of slowing down in 2025. Having been founded over 10 years ago, our client cover a wide range of matters within the renewable energy space - including power purchase agreements, C&I client green energy supply, and in the case of this position, full scale project development of renewable energy assets. Their UK team are a very interesting proposition, giving the team the chance to grow their experience in both large scale Ground Mounted solar farms, but also in the development of Commercial & Industrial Rooftop solar projects. Having Energy Trading and Asset Management functions also in-house allows this company to cover the full lifecycle from inception through to operation and generating revenue.
