Electrical Permitting & Design Engineer – Utility Scale PV/BESSSede: Milano (Ibrido) RAL: Competitivo + bonus del 20%Descrizione del RuoloRicerchiamo un Electrical Permitting Engineer che operi all’incrocio tra ingegneria elettrica, permitting e progettazione tecnica per impianti fotovoltaici e BESS utility scale. La figura supporterà i progetti dalla fase pre-RTB fino all’avvio della costruzione, con un ruolo chiave nella progettazione elettrica (MT/AT), sviluppo layout, connessione alla rete e nella gestione delle attività autorizzative. L’opportunità è all’interno di una IPP internazionale in forte crescita presente in 8 paesi, con una pipeline di quasi 1 GW e oltre 5 GW in sviluppo.Competenze e Responsabilità Principali Sviluppo e revisione dei layout di impianto tramite AutoCAD, PVCyst e QGIS.Supporto alla progettazione elettrica di sistemi MT/AT, incluse tratte di cavidotti, cabine di consegna, sottostazioni e infrastrutture di connessione.Interfaccia con Terna, distributori locali (DSO), studi di ingegneria e partner EPC per tutte le attività di grid connection.Contributo ai processi autorizzativi primari e secondari (AU, PAUR, VIA, PAS), con preparazione e revisione della documentazione tecnica e supporto ai rapporti con le autorità competenti.Allineamento tra progettazione tecnica e requisiti autorizzativi, garantendo completezza, accuratezza e conformità della documentazione.Partecipazione a sopralluoghi, conferenze dei servizi e incontri con enti pubblici e stakeholder territoriali.Monitoraggio delle tempistiche e dei rischi autorizzativi e tecnici, coordinando progettisti esterni e consulenti fino alla fase di costruzione.Collaborazione continua con i team interni (ingegneria, legale, sviluppo, ambiente) per assicurare coerenza progettuale e avanzamento delle attività. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o disciplina tecnica affine.Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in progetti fotovoltaici e/o BESS utility scale.Buon livello d'IngleseOttima conoscenza di sistemi MT/AT, processi di connessione alla rete e infrastrutture elettriche.Elevata padronanza di AutoCAD, PVCyst, QGIS.Esperienza nei processi autorizzativi del settore rinnovabili.Capacità di gestione di più progetti e di interfaccia con autorità, progettisti e team multidisciplinari.
