In this hands-on role, you will manage projects from design through commissioning, overseeing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead geothermal projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate permitting, approvals, and compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks.
  • Support the transition of projects from construction to operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years’ experience managing energy or mechanical systems projects, ideally in geothermal or other renewable energy sectors.
  • Experience with C&I, high-rise residential, healthcare, or education projects is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and construction scheduling software preferred.

The company develops, finances, and operates solar, battery, and microgrid projects across the United States, partnering with leading EPCs, developers, and energy companies to deliver high-quality, distributed generation infrastructure.
