Job Title: Head of ProcurementLocation: Germany (Flexible with Travel)Salary: €130,000 - €140,000 OTEIndustry: Renewable Energy - Onshore WindAbout the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Procurement to lead the procurement function for onshore wind projects across Germany. Position Summary:This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for sustainable energy. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of plant functions, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all plant operations, including the production of biogas, RNG, digestate, and wastewater treatment.Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance through direct operational oversight.Monitor and control plant systems using SCADA and HMI systems.Provide leadership, training, and technical support to operators and technicians, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.Facilitate clear communication across plant departments to resolve issues.Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff to support plant growth and performance.
