Descrizione del Ruolo
Stiamo cercando un/una Permitting Manager per guidare i processi di permitting primario e secondario per progetti di energia rinnovabile, dall'ottenimento del Ready-to-Build (RTB) fino all'inizio della costruzione. Il/la candidato/a selezionato/a avrà un ruolo chiave nell'assicurare che tutti i permessi regolatori, ambientali e legali siano ottenuti in modo efficiente e nei tempi previsti. Si tratta di un'opportunità entusiasmante per entrare a far parte di un'azienda globale con sede in 8 paesi, con un pipeline di quasi 1 GW e progetti in corso per circa 5 GW in 16 Paesi.

Principali Responsabilità
* Guidare e gestire il processo di permitting, assicurando che i progetti siano pronti per la costruzione e pienamente conformi.
* Coordinarsi con i team interni di sviluppo, legale e tecnico per ottenere e mantenere tutti i permessi necessari (es. autorizzazioni ambientali, connessione alla rete, accesso al sito).
* Interfacciarsi e negoziare con autorità locali, enti regionali e agenzie regolatorie per accelerare le approvazioni e risolvere eventuali criticità.
* Preparare, revisionare e presentare la documentazione relativa a VIA, accordi fondiari, autorizzazioni alla costruzione e permessi secondari.
* Monitorare le tempistiche dei permessi, identificare tempestivamente i rischi e implementare strategie di mitigazione per evitare ritardi all'avvio dei lavori.
* Gestire in modo chiaro e organizzato tutta la documentazione legata ai processi autorizzativi (PAS, AU, PAUR, VIA, PUA).

Competenze e Requisiti
* Formazione in Ingegneria Elettrica o in un ambito tecnico affine.
* Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel permitting o nello sviluppo di progetti nel settore delle energie rinnovabili.
* Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di processi autorizzativi, sia primari che secondari.
* Ottime capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione per interfacciarsi efficacemente con autorità ed enti esterni.
* Esperienza nel coordinamento di team interni e nella gestione delle relazioni con studi di ingegneria e istituzioni pubbliche.
* Spiccate capacità organizzative e attenzione alla conformità normativa e alla puntualità nelle delivery autorizzative.

This company are a fully fledged independent power producer (IPP) who focus on the development, construction, and operation of utility scale renewable energy assets. They have a highly diverse portfolio of assets, including Solar, Battery Storage, and Onshore Wind across the whole of the UK.Our client has an excellent culture of team collaboration, community engagement, as well as going about development the "right way".
