We are currently seeking talented O&M Technicians of Utility scale PV (and energy storage) sites within the portfolio of a IPP. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and optimized operation of multiple solar power plants. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components, conducting routine maintenance, and assisting in the development of best-in-class in-house O&M services.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks associated with utility scale PV projects.
  • Conduct corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on equipment such as inverters, trackers, PV modules, and more.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Respond to emergency outages and oversee third-party testing services.
  • Document maintenance activities and assist in developing troubleshooting procedures.
  • Adhere to workplace safety standards and train new technicians accordingly.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Expertise:

  • Electrical experience is required, along with a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code and OSHA safety practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels.
  • Willingness to work on-call during off-shift hours and weekends, and ability to travel to remote project sites as needed.

Education, Training, & Certificates:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Medium and High Voltage electrical training and certification preferred.
  • OSHA 10/30 hour Certification is a plus.
