This profile will be responsible for leading an incredibly exciting pipeline of hybrid and standalone BESS and solar projects from RtB to COD. We are searching for a true specialist in Project Management to manage and support all stakeholders across both internal and external teams. A strong background in the delivery and management of utility-scale solar projects is essential, with BESS experience considered a strong advantage. Overview:Lead the design of commercial & industrial solar PV (canopy, and rooftop) and energy storage projects from concept to as-built. This role drives project coordination, mentors junior team members, and ensures code compliance while supporting construction and process improvement initiatives. What you’ll do: Design canopy, rooftop, and ground-mount C&I solar + storage systems.Create single-line diagrams, site plans, and construction documents.Provide technical support through construction and closeout.Collaborate with regulatory, utility, and vendor partners.Mentor and train design engineers and interns.
