Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project engineering, development, or construction.In-depth technical expertise in solar PV system design, electrical engineering, and project execution.Experience in utility-scale solar projects, with a strong understanding of DC, AC, MV, and HV systems, as well as SCADA and control systems.Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.Proficient in reviewing commissioning reports, FAT reports, and diagnostics.Familiarity with renewable energy engineering documents, project agreements, and permits.Strong background in electrical power systems engineering, including knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC), FERC, and ISO standards.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field). A Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
