How to Excel in This Position

In this role, you'll address service calls promptly, conduct maintenance tests, and analyze existing BAS (Building Automation Systems). You'll also advise service coordinators, technicians, and external providers on issue resolution, interpret mechanical drawings, and configure, calibrate, and test sensors, actuators, and field devices. Key tasks include loading and testing BAS controllers for seamless communication, performing system check-outs, commissioning, documenting results, assisting lead technicians in owner training, and building strong customer relationships to enhance business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, including Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, I/A, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4.
  • 1+ years of experience with BAS and protocols like LON, BACnet, ModBus, and Metasys.
  • Basic knowledge of Ethernet networking, IP addresses, and network communication.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting Building Automation Control systems.
  • Basic low-voltage electrical testing skills.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
  • Ability to travel extensively with a valid driver's license.

Additional Skills Preferred (Not Required)

  • Associate degree or 1-2 years of vocational/technical training.
