Country Manager / Director - Milan / Rome - Italy - Utility scale Solar - €100k - €120k + bonusesSolar / Project Development / Origination / Development Director / Head of Development / MWItaly is in the spotlight, and for good reason. There's a whole host of reasons to be excited about the future of Italy's solar industry, and this is a chance to be a real part of driving forwards this transformation. You'll be spearheading the growth of a new territory for a multi-national European solar developer, with operations in 5 countries. They've got strong financial backing, recently having received €50M for their continued expansion, and they have already set up an Italian entity and will open an office for you - this is a serious endeavour for them and you're a key part of it.The focus for year 1 will be growing the pipeline of projects in Italy, through a co-development model to start, and scaling a team so that you can then move into a greenfield development model. You'll have lots of support from head office, both from senior leaders but also from their engineering, legal, finance, and other back office teams. As the first pair of boots on the ground, so to speak, you'll need a strong track record and network in Italy, and a confidence that you'll be able to build a significant pipeline in year one. Leading new ventures isn't for the faint of heart, but if you're up for it and capable then it can be incredibly rewarding. Particularly if you're making the future a better place for a country you love.
