Your Missions
As Head of Operations, you will report to the Country Manager Switzerland, and will play a pivotal role in driving the successful expansion in the country, accelerating the rollout process, and managing the complexities of scaling operations in Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities

Operational Management:
Lead and coordinate deployment, operations teams, and coordination around company objectives.
Ensure compliance with the company's quality and security standards.
Select and manage the relationship with our partners, ensure success in negotiating contracts with the aim of streamlining and optimizing costs.
Performance Management / Team Strategy:
Define and lead forecasts, set team and individual objectives.
Monitor the budget and manage expenses.
Develop annual roadmaps to ensure the best efficiency of the teams.

Management:
Team management, recruitment in alignment with forecasts.
Identify and implement training plans if necessary, evaluation, and development plans.
Be the spokesperson for the company's culture and values.


Your profile
Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
6+ years of experience in operations, project management and team leadership.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to achieve cost savings and enhance operational efficiency.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing and executing deployment plans that are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and engagement with external stakeholders.
Solid analytical skills to evaluate data and metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
Demonstrated autonomy and initiative in exploring and implementing new operational initiatives.
Ideally, comprehensive understanding of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, encompassing industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements, to inform deployment strategies and decision-making.
Fluency in English and German. French is a plus.

With substantial funding and a hyper-growth trajectory, join us in shaping the future of clean energy across the US market!    Director of Electrical Engineering $190,000 - $210,000 + 20% Bonus Arlington, VA (5 Days per Week)   I have been engaged by a leading Independent Power Producer who is expected to reach quadruple their operational Solar & Storage projects by 2025. All of the assets in this current portfolio are at the utility scale between 60MW - 125MW.   The EPC department is looking to double in size this year, the are looking for a Director of Engineering who will oversee, coordinate, and manage civil and electrical design development and implementation.   Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Long-range Planning: Collaborate with senior management to establish long-term operating and construction goals. Project Development: Lead the development of new solar sites from concept to production, coordinating with various teams. Market Analysis: Work with cross-functional teams to assess market potential for new projects. Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget. Problem Solving: Address engineering challenges and coordinate solutions with stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
